Terms and Conditions

I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All the documents submitted and/or provided by me, in the form of Academic Documents, Educational Loan, IELTS Score sheet, Financial Documents and all other relevant documents, are genuine and authentic.
2. All the documents have been procured from the sources directly by me from respective boards, institutes, schools and/or organizations.
3. I am solemnly responsible and ready to face the consequences for submission of any kind of incorrect or fraudulent information, if any. I agree to be answerable to any of the queries with regards to the documents submitted and information provided by me.
4. I completely understand all the information provided to me by the representative of the school, college or university abroad and have verified it all by myself through the official website of the respective institute, country and its laws, and that I have no objections or discrepancies regarding the same.
5. I fully understand and agree to the norm that after the completion of my preparation and coaching at Future Link Consultants’ classes, I will obtain consultancy services and avail overseas education services, including admission procedures and application processes, from Future Link Consultants only.
6. I completely understand all the information provided to me by the representative of the school, college or university abroad and have verified it all by myself through the official website of the respective institute, country and its laws, and that I have no objections or discrepancies regarding the same.
7. I understand that the overseas institute’s representative in Canada/India is a facilitator who facilitates and guides me for the admission procedure.
8. I agree that Future Link Consultants does not, and is not supposed to, be responsible or liable, for any kind of rejection of any kind of concerned application procedure whatsoever and that I am solely responsible for any outcome arising out of any such application procedure.
9. I understand and agree that under no circumstances will Future Link Consultants be liable to or responsible for, any kind of losses, monetary or not, or damages, monetary or not, or other repercussions that arise out of the application, due to reasons such as submission of misinformation, incomplete or fake or unauthentic information, fake or manipulated or forged documents and such.
10. I have read the refund policy of the tuition fees at the institute I am applying to. I agree on the refund policy terms and I understand to make all the school/college/institute’s tuition fees transferred directly to the overseas organization I am applying to.
11. I understand that the representative in Canada is not responsible for, and/or liable to, any kind of refund of any tuition fees paid to the school, college or institute I have applied to.
12. I hereby affirm and agree that the final submission of my application is/will be done after my confirmation and I understand that it’s my duty and responsibility to check and verify all the aspects of my visa application before it is submitted by Future Link Consultants.
13. I understand and I am aware of the fact that for availing services in India, Indian consultancy will be applicable whereas for availing services from Canada, Canadian consultancy will be applicable.
14. I understand and agree to it that it is my duty and responsibility to submit refund request before the designated deadline, on the breach of which Future Link Consultants is not and will not be answerable, responsible and liable for the same.
15. I hereby agree that the course, institute & the country selection is purely my responsibility and after understanding everything I have myself taken the decision to apply for admission at the selected institutes.
16. I also affirm and agree that I have paid tuition fees for the selected institute(s) & I have submitted the visa application for the same to the country’s consulate.
17. I also understand that Refund request must be submitted to the respective institutes abroad within 7 days of the start date of the course. Failure to submit the request on time will confirm my enrollment at the institute and tuition fee will not be refunded under all/any circumstances.
18. I will be required to submit refund request at accounts@futurelinkconsultants.com with following documents : 1) Passport Copy 2) Refusal Copy 3) Written refund request with completely filled refund form/Banking information.
19. I understand that there will not be any Refund of Tuition fee once the Student Visa is granted to me and I will not opt for any other institute till my course completion without the written permission from the college, university or institute I have applied to after landing in the selected country I have applied for.
20. I authorize Future Link Consultants to make use of my details and information such as visa copy, testimonials and Education profile for marketing and promotional purposes, after my Visa approval.
